I first went to BMM to get my MOT done and there was a great service from Uncle J who did a stellar job. Whilst I was waiting, Kiran allowed me to use the WiFi so that I could complete some work. Both he and Hitesh were very pleasant to talk to during the wait. After the MOT was completed, I enquired about some scratches on my bumper and Kiran took the time to polish them. This was a really great gesture for a first-time customer!I then messaged around Good Friday to enquire about costs relating to a missing tow cover and some scratches. Kiran actually responded to me despite the garage being closed, which was incredibly kind. I took the car in for them to take a look, got another polish from Hitesh and was then given a quote. Kiran then gave me a courtesy call to check if I wanted to proceed with the replacement tow cover, making it clear that the colour might not be an exact match.When I went back about 1.5 weeks later to get the part fitted, you could see no difference so they got the colour spot on!My overall experiences with BMM have been great. The staff are friendly, polite and lovely to converse with. The work they do is also good quality and I’ve never felt pressured into getting anything extra done which isn’t necessary.
